The review by George C is spot on. I bought this device at Safeway about 2 weeks ago for 19.99.

Worked awesome until today, when i went to plug in the charger it pushed the connector all the way in as it broke from the circuit board.
Looks nearly impossible to solder back on, but ill try tonight.
Calling the support line (877-999-DREAM (3732)) they tell you to leave a message or use email, all agents are currently busy. I'm not surprised.

If it hadn't broken, i would have rated it 5 stars. It works really well (when it works). 1 star.

EDIT 1/16/13 4:26 PM PST:
Just got off the phone with tech support. She said they would replace it if I emailed her a copy of the receipt with my name and number and address.

I asked if this was a known issue and she said only within the last couple months. They have forwarded the issue to their development team for further review. My guess is it was a bad batch of units that got through quality assurance. I'll post back here once the issue is resolved (or not). Changing from 1 star to two stars for good customer service.

EDIT 1/24/13

Just received my replacement unit. Took 6 calendar days, which is not bad at all. Time will tell if I have the same problem with the replacement.

I like the product, and they more than took care of my problem. I'm giving them 5 stars. The thing to remember is, KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. They will replace the unit if you email them a scan of your receipt.
